# Gindi Innovation

> Gindi Innovation, led by Aviad Gindi (אביעד גינדי), builds AI agents, Hebrew voice agents, CRM and operations systems for organizations in Israel: nonprofits, municipalities and public bodies, banks and financial institutions, and contact centers. Work runs from scoping to go-live, with enterprise-grade security, fast response times and full ownership of the product after launch.

## What we build

- AI agents that run organizational processes on a schedule, with human approval at key points
- Hebrew voice agents for inbound and outbound calls: fundraising, election campaigns, surveys, information lines. Calls are transcribed and summarized, opt-outs are handled automatically, and calls can be handed to a human agent
- CRM systems for contact centers: tickets and leads from every channel, agent routing, live SLA tracking
- Operations systems, dashboards and reporting, including for financial institutions
- Integrations with CRM, ERP, telephony, WhatsApp, Google Workspace and accounting software

## Security and compliance

Per-organization data isolation at the database level, role-based permissions, encryption and a full audit log. Designed around Israeli privacy law with consent and opt-out management. NDAs and data-processing agreements as needed. Cloud or on-premise hosting.

- kidsnews24: bilingual news and learning platform for kids and schools, with AI-assisted editing and a teacher system.
- Media Archive: automatic WhatsApp media ingestion for a national organization, with branch isolation and audit log.
- MoneyWise: financial-literacy simulator with an AI advisor, for banks, municipalities and schools.
- Maritime Entry: OCR passport scanning and automatic filling of IMO FAL port-entry forms.
- TaxFlow & InvoSync: invoice collection from Gmail and expense classification by Israeli tax categories.
- SpeedHire: high-volume recruitment CRM with one-click WhatsApp contact.

## About the founder

Aviad Gindi started in the capital markets as an investment manager at Halman Aldubi Investment House, co-founded companies in finance (bitJob, Stellerro), ran the Klika innovation hub in Bat Yam, and led two national nonprofits (Tik Lechol Talmid, Chasdei Dror). He founded ELA and Fundi after seeing how much manual work slows nonprofits down. MBA in Finance, Peres Academic Center. Licensed portfolio manager.
